Going into my junior year of MCA this year
It's scary and exciting all at the same time ^.^

I am now a photo major, after graphic design was a trainwreck and a half

Recently I got a job as a photo clerk at Walgreen's
I am still new and messing up, but I am game for the challenge

My dad got me a Ricoh Diacord twin lens camera and I adore it!

I am going to be taking a class this year where I follow around a nurse in the Hospice program
Which is close to my heart because my mother, while she was alive, had one before she passed
And although it will be hard and bring back those memories, I feel like it's something that I am meant to do, ya know?

And the last bit of news: I want to get a shuffle button tattooed on my wrist
Random, I know, but this post kind of officializes my getting all the cobwebs out of my gallery after it lay dormant and untended for so long ^-^

I got accepted into Memphis College of Art
I am SOOOO happy ^-^,

So this Journal entry is way late, but I just wanted to say that I have been published in national magazine named LOOK-LOOK
I got 2 photos in there, one being 'Earth Child' and the other 'Pyro'
Makes me mucho happy I must say

I would post a picture of it all on here to show you all - but alas i am not a subscriber so that's not gonna happen, lol

It makes me so happy to know that people are viewing my work in a magazine now! Its not anything like having it in Vogue or Vanity Fair or even Jane - but w/e, its a magazine! and that makes me happy ^0^

Change...good when dealing with currency
Change...bad when dealing with some current issues

Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to be in a comma for the rest of my life. Would I dream my life away?

I could do anything I wanted.
I could dance with prince charming and rule my own countries.
I could walk through fields of glittering lilacs and run through halls that never end.
I would see everyone I have ever known, and people I have yet to know.
I would not miss anyone, because they would be part of me, part of my never ending fantastic dream-world.
And when they dreamed, they would meet me, and we could sit on clouds and have tea.
In my world, I would love tea, unlike my tastebuds in this reality will not let me love it.
I could do anything I wanted.
